SLOAN is the Director and Creative Content element of SALT. Hailing from South Africa, SLOAN brings a global perspective and loves to question the status quo as he works. Ever searching for innovative ideas, he rarely stops trying new things and ultimately believes creativity is a combination of different points of view mashing together to form something totally new.

SLOAN is the Bucking Creative at SALT. He has worked with acclaimed artists such as Jared Leto and Scotty McCreery, Co-Directed the 2019 Tribeca Documentary ‘A Day in the Life of America’ and has directed for Sony, Dell, Ford, Amazon, Universal Music, SHEFIT, Amway, Chaco and more.

Jenna Inns is the Account Director and Executive Producer element of SALT. Relationships and open communication are key drivers for Jenna to concoct winning results. She ensures campaigns are on time and exceed brand objectives by staying connected to her team to bring out their best and paying close attention to client communication. She knows when and how to take strategic risks that yield the greatest reward. Jenna has worked for Perrigo, GE Aviation, The AP, Sawhorse, Sony, Dell, BYUtv, Amway, Chaco, SpartanNash and more.
